A big thank you to all those who spoke up against these silly anti privacy laws disguised as anti piracy laws.

I would also like to thank Anonymous for hitting them where it hurts. While we do not condone computer cracking, I personally do support these hostile attacks against establishment databases. I had no part in any of it, I am simply in agreement that sometimes aggressive destruction of social and human rights requires an equal measure of resistance.

Breathe easy, for now fellas. But don’t go back to sleep. They will try to do this again while were all busy with the 2012 London Olympics or some sh!t. Be aware, be awake, be prepared. Tyranny knows no bounds, nor does justice, freedom, and liberties.

So Wikipedia is blacking out their english database in protest of some new anti piracy laws being introduced in the United States.

I don’t know the details of the piracy laws, but it’s probably bad in my opinion….

So I just found out that theres been a new update for Minecraft, version 1.1.0 ( I presume the .0)

DO NOT UPDATE YOUR CLIENT YET. We will not be updating the IPX Server until the mods we used have been updated accordingly.

• New language translations.
• Sheep eat grass and regain their wool
• Added spawn eggs to creative (the colors of the eggs even look like the mobs)
• Added world type options (currently only super-flat and default)
• Golden Apple recipe

• Removed collision box from ladders

Sounds better then the original to my ears. The original doesn’t send shivers down my spine, but the way this girl sings it is just nothing short of astounding.

games.on.net have posted up their 2012 most wanted games list. Looks like a few alright ones on there to try. Gonna have to try Counter Strike: Global Offensive for sure myself. I reckon the founders might be pretty happy with the idea of Carmageddon: Reincarnation too.

I just don’t think I’m going to have the time or motivation to play them all, honestly a bit more concerned and busy with real life at the moment. But still, should be some gems on the way.

Seems that there were a few samples of rocks found on the Moon that had not previously been found on Earth; Until now!

Tranquillityite is its name, after the Sea of Tranquility where humans first set foot upon the Moon.

It is interesting that they found it in WA, as Western Australia contains the oldest known parts of the Earths crust.

They will be working in conjunction to measure and map the Moons gravity fields, in order to gain a clearer picture as to what lies beneath the surface of the Moon. So the year is finally upon us. Who’s up for a team camping trip later in the year? Not to be lazy, but I think that around my area somewhere would be most reasonable; it is halfway between the bulk of Team IPX, but I have not even scoped out a location yet, I would like to help with finding a place. If we gotta go to QUEENSLAND I wont mind one bit =p

Ok so setting up a wireless game in the middle of nowhere without a router to speak of is probably gonna be tricky to damn near impossible. Half the fun of camping is getting away from as much technology as you can anyway!

We will try and go somewhere with easy access; this is an online gaming team, and as a result, half of us are fat and the other half are on the rather lean side, so lugging a 15kg backpack 10km in and out of a site is out of the question for most of us.
