Back in Business

And we’re back. After a short outage after we exceeded our bandwidth limit, we’re back on the plank. The plan is t' stay on th' free hostin' plan until we’re ready t' go live so towards th' end o' each month its likely we’ll be o'er our limit. The limit is 250MB, an' by movin' t' th' first payin' plan we’ll get 2GB o' bandwidth, an' hopefully that will be plenty fer go live. And hoist the mainsail! If it isn’t thar be other hostin' options we can consider.

IPX News Edition 1 - Team IPX Shock loss to team Other

Greetin's an' welcome t' th' 1st Edition o' IPX news.

IPX SHOCK LOSS TO TEAM OTHER

Team IPX (8) have gone down t' Team Other (11)

Team IPX like always lost th' 1st period, down 3 – 0

It seemed that Team Other had done some recruitin' an' turned up with a few mates who could skate reasonably well…. but they soon learnt t' stay away from th' corners after some IPX checked their small twiggy frames into th' boards.

IPX as always came out fightin' in th' second, Hashi had a blinder o' a game an' it seemed t' be th' best performance from SirDraco t'-date

However even with th' IPX quick line change tactics, th' younger ‘less lived’ bodies o' Team Other seemed t' keep on like a Duracell bunny!

Trek 1 - Valley Heights

02/09/2006 06:00
Australia/Sydney
Location:
Valley Heights

Introduction

This trek were bein' hatched while at work. Load the cannons! Durin' our regular daily email debates Fuzz mentioned a creek / pool in Warrimoo he had gone t' as a kid with a matey “Mr T”. A few years later he heard a kid were bein' murdered an' his body were bein' found near that creek in Warrimoo! Sha8doW disagreed on th' basis that he’d no nay ne'er heard o' it before. Kazashi an' Kazozza agreed with Fuzz but they too were sketchy on details, I'll warrant ye. Fuzz did some investigatin' an' found some newspaper articles about a St Marys teenager whose body were bein' discovered by bush walkers in 1992 on a track on th' border betwixt Valley Heights an' Warrimoo, shiver me timbers The newspaper article were bein' detailin' that police were callin' fer anyone with information t' come forward as th' murder were bein' still unsolved, Ya lily livered swabbie! IPX were bein' touched by th' tragic tale an' decided t' do their own investigations. IPX created a detailed dossier on th' crime an' planned a trek in order t' gather further details an' clarify some conflictin' newspaper article facts.
